The Visionary + The Creative

First Domino: Launch a paid 6-week cohort for women re-entering ministry leadership.

Why now: I've finished my 30-day sprint and my First Domino is clear. I have three half-built programs and a waitlist of 40 people. If I don't commit now, I'll start a fourth.

Goals: Launch the cohort with 12 paying members, finish the curriculum before I promote it, and stop saying yes to every new speaking invitation.

Obstacles: I carry everything alone. I rewrite my materials instead of shipping them, and new ideas show up right when things get hard.

Hours/week: 8 hours a week

Readiness summary

Nearly ready: Your vision is clear. Now it needs a finish line you're held to.

Month 1Lock the curriculum and open enrollment.

Month 2Run weeks 1–3 and protect your calendar.

Month 3Finish the cohort, capture testimonials, choose the next domino.

First step: Park the other two programs in writing and set the enrollment date.

Review brief

Strong fit. Maya has a defined First Domino, proven demand, and realistic weekly hours. Her risk is perfectionism and carrying the work alone, both of which the Council is designed to address.

Strengths

  • Specific, measurable goal (12 members)
  • Existing waitlist of 40
  • Self-aware about her stall pattern

Concerns

  • Tendency to rework materials before launch
  • May overcommit to speaking invitations

Suggested follow-up questions

  1. What date will you open enrollment, even if the curriculum isn't perfect?
  2. Which two programs are you willing to park for 90 days?
  3. Who else could carry part of the work?
  4. What will you say no to this quarter?
